About us

Extraordinary Receptionist Training was founded in 2009 by Josephine Rullo.

Josephine started her career as a receptionist and went on to work in a number of positions in business, health and government.

She brings more than 25 years’ experience working in reception and administration positions.

A qualified and experienced trainer, Josephine has been training receptionists for more than a decade. She has a Diploma in Business from RMIT University and holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

All Extraordinary Receptionist Training professional trainers come with years of experience.
